Mega SD and MegaDrive X'eye

Hello, is it any fixes to mega sd works with megadrives that have built in CD driver? like X'eye and wondermega?

No. The cd portion is incompatible with those consoles.

It physically won't work because of a bus conflict with the CD hardware in the CDX, X'Eye and Wondermega. If you can somehow mod the console and add a switch to turn "off" the CD hardware in those consoles that'd probably work, otherwise it won't.
