I have sent several emails since Sept 29 and I have also reached out to Todd via Twitter. Looks like they are plain ignoring us.

Yes still no reply, being ignored isn't great customer service. a simple email reply doesn't take much.

Terraonion is anyone reading these???

If I don't hear something worth while within 5 days I'll put in a claim via my credit card company.
