Address change issues

I keep getting e-mails to change my shipping address due to a PO Box entry. I have done so, twice, and keep getting the e-mails and the change is not reflected on the shipping information for my MODE. I have ordered two other items in the past with no issues and am curious what I need to do to correct the issue to ensure my MODE ships when it's ready without any problems.
