Unable to place order

Hello, I have tried to place an order for the Mega SD several times over the last couple days, and I never get a response from the payment server. I just get kicked back to the credit card page.

My card company has said they are not getting the request to even charge the card. Without being declined, what could cause this?

Is your card a Discover?

If so, out payment processor isn't working with Discover cards at the moment.

I'm also having problems placing an order. After entering my visa credit card information it goes back to the same screen. But checking with my bank, the card was charged the full amount. Did the order went through?

I'm also getting kicked back to credit card screen after placing my order, I'm using a Mastercard. I'm not sure if I've been charged yet or not. Hopefully I didn't just place 3 orders. I've already sent my info to support.
Mastercard should be working right?

If you are getting kicked back to the credit card screen, 9 times out of 10 your bank is rejecting the purchase.

I would call them and ask them to allow international purchases and then try again. This is something we see all the time as many banks flag these oversees purchases as possible fraudulent.

Yeah I was thinking the same, Just got back from the bank and sure enough they had blocked it. Just re ordered and it went through no problem.

Same issue, I've got a Visa card witch work with all international payment in euro, dollar, yen... But cannot pay on your eshop, it loop on asking credit card information, no error message just looping.
Please update your eshop payment processor to a more serious one or propose payment by PayPal.
