I'd like to express that given my experience with the Neo-SD forums and my subsequent banning to some flame-only subforum for asking for support on your products, I'm worried when they've posted after the fact that it will all be the same people on this forum and won't make a difference now that this is open. The closing of the support forum to anyone not logged in/banned to a subforum was also troubling, as I don't think you should be closing off a support forum because customers are asking too many questions.
I'd really like to separate my experience with the SSD3 / Terra Onion and my negative experience with the Neo-SD forums and have a fresh start here. But, being told that it is the same community and that folks like myself will be met with a similar rude elitism when trying to ask about support on your products does not sit well with me.
My feedback is that you do not give any Neo-SD forum administrators, especially Rot, any administrative responsibilities or public relations role here on this forum.
