I received my Mega SD Cart on 14/08/19 and there is a issue with the side button. The button will not press in and does not function. Also the switch looks to be bent in a upwards position in side the cart case.
I contacted email@example.com on 14/08/19 and was told to wait 10 days for an update, due to you being on vacations.
I sent a reminder email on 26/08/19 to inquire about getting a replacement sent, as agreed in the previous email. You also stated it would be processed that week.
It has now been over a month since Terraonion has sent me any updates on the situation.
I have been very patience with Terraonion but this is unacceptable customer service.
Could someone please contact me to rectify this issue.
