I just ordered another one. And I will. The controller is dead, no blue LED no matter what I do. Just posted that as a dammit I have to wait to find out of this firmware solves my dancing pixels problem.

it works perfectly now. The Mega SG update did the trick. Sega CD games are now sharp and clean. Thank you!

BTW it was probably me using a bad or wrong cable on the 8bitdo, probably fried it. Got a new one, works just fine.

I mean I updated the firmware and it works flawlessly now. That's fine if you prefer something else but I don't think it's a disaster. It's small form, HDMI output without bulky upscalers, scanline options. I really love it.
