Online Store maintenance, updates and new features

For those that don't keep an eye on our Twitter account:

You'll notice several new products (accessories, cables, etc) added to the shop and some have disappeared. NONE of our current products are discontinued, however we're working on migrating to a new server so a couple things will be unavailable for a few days while we sort it out.


This is to improve our online payment system as we have customers who have issues with paying with their credit/bank cards. Many fail due to the nature of international transactions and our current payment processor. So don't be alarmed over the next couple days if you see items appear and disappear. We are working to improve the backend and will be testing stuff.


Also, we tend to post updates to our Twitter account first. Please follow us there to stay up to date on everything.

Also, we have had many requests for people to be able to remove or de-register product serial number from their accounts. Maybe you sold your NeoSD when upgrading to the Pro model or just gave away an item? Either way you can now remove that item from being registered to your account.


Login to the support area and beside the registered product you will see a button that says "Remove Product".

Click on it and then a prompt will pop up asking you to confirm it. Click the blue "Remove Product" button and you are done.
