Yes, I saw your email and tweet and haven't had a chance to respond to it.
DHL is giving us grieve over our move to Andorra from Spain. All the NeoSD Pros are sitting in boxes at DHL in Spain waiting to be shipped, but DHL hasn't approved out Andorra account and our Spanish DHL account is no longer active. So we can't legally export any of this stuff.
We have been on the phone with DHL for the past 2 weeks and they keep promising it will be active "tomorrow". We have been hammering them to get the account active and until they do, we can't ship anything.
If you want a refund for your Pro, send us another email and we can take care of it.
We are really sorry about this and totally understand if you don't want to wait any longer.
