I emailed email@example.com at the start of December about a problem with a corrupted menu screen (NeoSD MVS, motherboard model MV1FZS). I got an initial response requesting more details, which I provided, but none of my emails have been replied to since then.
I understand it's been the festive season recently and people are busy, but I've had no response now for over a month. Is support still checking emails? Is there some kind of problem? I've had no choice but to register here to ask. Can someone get back to me please?
