I was referring to the other guy saying MicroSD implementation being a possible cause of issues, which I did not agree with . Most of the time, issues are user side and not the software/hardware at fault (not just talking PCE) but in general, which is why I mentioned that and I did read the 1st page of the thread.archimage wrote: ↑04 May 2018, 17:31I don't understand what you mean by nitpicking and user error at 99%.
The topic aims a problem that makes a device unusable to me and other users.
If you read again you will find I tried 4 different consoles, lot of different sd card brands and format types, romsets and power supplies. I have not managed to finish more than a game level since I have received it we are talking about a problem I am trying to fix months ago.
Please keep this constructive and propose something that has not been tested in the topic to fix the problem we are trying to solve.
However, here is my result:
SSSD3 V2 (C60 cap not reversed)
Packapunch MD2 RGB CSYNC Scart (Retrogamingcables - UK)
Hardware: Core Grafx I (Stock, no mods and original capacitors)
SD card : Sandisk 128gb Ultra/ Exfat
PSU : Retro game supply PSU, + Original PSU with a step down UK 230/100V
In-game trigger disabled
PC Genjin 1 and Soldier Blade
No crashes, glitches on demo loop after an hour soak test on both. Gameplay tested about 25 mins on each title also.
