Re: No sound no image

Knowing RGC, there is probably a sync stripper in the cable and that is causing issues.

Re: MODE serial number not recognized when signing up to download necessary firmware update

Have you tried it and it doesn't work? Or did someone tell you that you needed to update to use it?

Re: MODE Dreamcast: Intermittent skipping/distorted CDDA audio

Do you have Seek Time Emulation enabled in the options menu of MODE? If not, try enabling that and see if the issue goes away. Some games expect seek time for proper playback.

Re: I broke my Super SD, is it possible to fix?

If you are not familiar with soldering a tssop14, then I would recommend sending it to someone who is. The last thing you want to do is short out the rest of the device.

Re: I broke my Super SD, is it possible to fix?

Most likely you killed the video circuit. Assuming the damage is limited to only the analog video circuit on the SSDS3, you can probably replace the THS7374 and get it up and running.

It's something I personally would recommend everyone do as it won't cause any issues. Whether or not it is absolutely needed for your system is...

Re: MegaSD FAQ (Questions and Troubleshooting)

I'm having an issue registering my Mega SD to get the firmware update. The registration page insists the product serial number I have input does not exist. I have checked the SN both on the back of the cart and in the system menu; they are both the same. The problem persists no matter how many time...
