Re: Is there an easier way to access the SD card slot for Updates?

I just use one of these and leave it inside of my Saturn lid. Works like a charm for a quick, cheap solution. Otherwise, there are some custom mounts in the work, but those will obviously be more expensive. https://www.amazon.com/LANMU-Extension-MicroSDHC-Monoprice-Raspberry/dp/B07WWVBK8V/ref=sr_1_...

Re: PS1 Revision?

Wait, there is a PS1 revision? .... now I fee like I wasted my money on the PSIO... When is this revision being released? Seriously, I trust TerraOnion over most modern solutions. It was just announced, so it's not going to be here for a while. That said, you can always get an X-Station which is cl...

Re: PS1 Revision?

So yeah... You guys really surprised me there. You not only crushed the PSIO to the ground but actually made it happen that the entire library can fit in one PS1 shell. I would order a second one (and thrid if you guys manage a VMU manager) - I just have two brief questions. 1. Do you guys know whi...

Re: Problem with Retro-Bit's wireless controllers on MegaSD

They feel and work great. I'm pretty sure I read that they got the actual molds from Sega to make these. They feel like official Sega brand ones. It was just a disappointment about the Sega CD. But they are amazing for Sega games and their Saturn pads feel perfect as well.

Re: Problem with Retro-Bit's wireless controllers on MegaSD

Thanks for that. I guess they didn't fully test their controllers with the Sega CD, which is kind of surprising. I just wanted to rule out that it wasn't an issue with the MegaSD, which it appears it's not.

Re: SD Card quality query

Kingston makes quality stuff, so I don't think there is anything wrong with the brand itself. However, MODE has been known to work better with some brands rather than others. I haven't heard anyone mention having major problems with Kingston, but since there's a ton of different Kingston cards, ther...

Problem with Retro-Bit's wireless controllers on MegaSD

So my problem pertains to the Sega CD functionality on the MegaSD. I currently have two wireless Retro-Bit Genesis controllers. When playing my model 1 Genesis with a VA-7 motherboard and using the MegaSD, when playing certain Sega CD games, my wireless controller buttons will be messed up. For inst...

Re: Saturn games with no music, or very loud static noise

I have used redump images, gone from a san disk SD to a san disk SSD and back, replaced mainboard and PSU caps, substituted the power supply to mode and also the mainboard, and replaced and taped the ribbon cable. Streamed music static is still there. I put the optical drive back in and the static ...
