That would require TO to actually support a product for a while, rather than dropping it as soon as they get an idea for a new product.

Re: SEGA CD Sangokushi III (Japan) this game cannot be saved

Can we get a response from TO on this please?
Is this likely to mean another overhaul of the CD save system?

Many moons ago TO talked about an adapter that would let you connect the Mega SD to the Sega CD port. Did that never happen?
It sure didn't!
That got forgotten about roughy the same time as all the incomplete tools became open source... (code for "we've lost interest" usually).

Re: Toy Story - Save States Freeze Game

Just tested on my Jap MD1 and savestates work fine.

This is the part where people usually reveal that they are using a Mega SG and that's why things aren't working.

You did something wrong.
I have all of their mega CD patches and they all work fine.

Re: new and lost

Posting links to rom download sites is not allowed. However a Google search will yield results.

As for sd cards, I have a SanDisk 128GB card. That will hold all US mega drive and mega CD games with room to spare.
If you want a full set of games across all regions, you may need a 256GB card.

Re: Romhack Yoshi in sonic 2, does not work?

OK I just tried it on my Jap MD1.
It boots OK and the title screen appears fine, but crashes when I actually try to start the game.

It's a shame but many rom hacks are made for emulators and don't run on actual hardware.
